Taha40 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the taha40 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the taha40 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the taha40 platform.
Continued use of this platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. taha40 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and the latest version will always be available on this page.
The taha40 platform is intended for adults only. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are not prohibited by local laws from using services of this nature.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one taha40 account. Multiple registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. taha40 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.
Taha40 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time, including valid identification documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Users may request account closure at any time via the account settings section. taha40 also reserves the right to close accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or have been inactive for an extended period.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
As a user of the taha40 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
The following are strictly prohibited on the taha40 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other methods to access or interact with the platform without authorization.
- Creating multiple accounts to gain duplicate promotional benefits or to circumvent any restrictions.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or activity that is detrimental to other users or the platform.
- Using another person's account without authorisation or sharing login credentials.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or block access to the taha40 platform or servers.
- Exploiting or abusing any technical errors or system vulnerabilities discovered on the platform.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and taha40 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the taha40 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in your own name.
Taha40 supports several local payment methods including Boost, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online bank transfers. Deposit processing times are subject to the respective payment provider and prevailing network conditions.
For withdrawals, you must fulfil all stipulated requirements, including completing identity verification. taha40 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals that raise suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms while an investigation is conducted.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be converted to cash without first meeting those requirements. Please refer to the Promotions for more details on the terms applicable to each offer.

Platform Liability Limitations

Under no circumstances shall taha40 be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of opportunity or anticipated profits.
Taha40 is not liable for any losses caused by the user's internet connection failure, device issues, unauthorised access to the user's account, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
Intellectual Property and External Links
All content on the taha40 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface design, and software — is the exclusive property of taha40 or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use this content without written authorisation.
The taha40 platform may include links to third-party websites for user convenience. taha40 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing external websites is at the user’s own risk.
The taha40 name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of this platform. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Taha40 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
